I love noodles so much that, if i were to be hungry and needed to make something quickly, noodles would be my first choice. The particular brand I enjoy making, is the Indomie chicken brand that comes in small packs. I always feel it taste better than the bigger pack. (Never mind, my personal preference). sorry peeps, don’t mind the picture quality. It was done with my phone.

Ingredients
2 pack of indomie chicken noodles
1 fresh tomatoe
2 fresh red pepper
1 small onion bulb
green peas
carrots
1 green bell pepper
shredded chicken, boiled or fried eggs, meat or fish
HOW TO PREPARE
Put pot/pan on fire
Add 1 ½ cup of water into pot
Allow to boil
Add 2 packs of noodles in water don’t break(love it long so I can roll with a fork while eating, more enjoyable. lol)
Allow to boil for 3 mins, taste to make sure is not over cooked or too hard( best when it’s not too hard or too soft)
Drain out water
Put pot/pan back on fire
Add 2 tsp cooking oil on fire
Add onion, pepper, tomatoes, green pepper, carrots, shredded beef or chicken
Stir, until almost cooked, so u don’t overcook veggies.
Add ½ of sachet indomie spice n stir
Add noodles and add the remaining sachet spice into it.
Serve hot with boiled egg or fried egg for added protein(winks)(optional though since you have chicken in it).
Note : you don’t have to use all the ingredients at once.but you must always have your tomatoes and fresh pepper. you can alternate adding carrots, peas, green pepper etc according to availability. preparation procedure remains the same.
There are lots and lots of way to eat your noodles, but this will do for now. ciao
