SMOKED FISH PUMPKIN SAUCE

Hello,
I have been so out of touch lately and everyone has been clamouring for a new food post. so will be dropping more yummy meals for us to try.
Ingredients

Freshly rinsed Pumpkin leaf chopped
Smoked Atlantic mackerel fish popularly known as Titus fish in Nigeria (shredded beef or chicken optional)
Dried shrimps/ prawns
3 tomatoes chopped
3 red peppers chopped
Onion sliced in rings

Preparation: place sauce pan on fire, add cooking oil of choice(palm oil), add onion rings, add curry powder(if using vegetable oil), add tomatoes and red peppers and stir till water dries up, add smoked fish and shrimps, add seasoning(knorr cube), stir for a few minutes, add pumpkin leaf taste for salt, add a little and let simmer for 2 minutes and set sauce pan down.
Serving: serve with Rice or boiled yam.
